Launch, or level up, your aesthetics practice with our comprehensive 2-day Botulinum toxin aesthetic injector course, designed to blend 8 hours of extensive foundational knowledge and 8 hours of hands-on patient practice. This intensive course is for registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician associates, medical doctors, and dentists. It gives you the skills and confidence to safely and effectively perform injections, with training for both aesthetic and therapeutic uses. You’ll also dive into essential business and leadership topics, including branding, sales strategies, and managing client relationships. This course will support your growth as both a skilled injector and a savvy business professional.

TRAINING PLAN

Introduction to Full Face Botulinum Toxin

Day 1 Virtual Lecture: Didactic Training

  • Overview of botulinum toxin, history, pharmacology, facial anatomy, patient selection, and branding.
  • Consultation techniques, safety protocols, safe handling, contraindications, patterns and placements, techniques, doses, and
prevention and management.

Days 2: Hands-On Training

  • 8 hours of practice for full-face and neck injection techniques on live models.
  • Learn to treat 15+ areas with botulinum toxin.
  • Advanced skills for treatment areas, including forehead lines, crow’s feet, brow lifts, neck bands, jawline contouring, and more.
  • Techniques for therapeutic injections, such as masseter reduction for TMJ and underarm injections for hyperhidrosis.

Prerequisites

  • No prior botulinum toxin experience is required. This course is intended for licensed medical professionals, including Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses (RN), Physician Assistants (PA), and Dentists (DDS/DMD). A valid and unrestricted New York license is required for hands-on participation. Observation spots are available upon request.

Who can enroll in this course?

Licensed medical professionals: MDs, DOs, RNs, NPs, PAs, and Dentists. A valid and unrestricted New York license is required for hands-on participation. Observation spots are available upon request.

The certification process includes an intensive didactic session, hands-on training, and a proficiency exam. Please note that a nationally recognized “botulinum toxin injection certification” does not exist. You will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for completing the three-day intensive course.

Participants spend one full day (8 hours) practicing injection techniques on live models, ensuring ample opportunities to learn to address the needs of a diverse set of patients.
